Students must have an early-conditional admission average of 85.00% or higher and be enrolled in nine credit hours in the semester the award is presented.

It is available to international students who have completed high school in Canada and are currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at the University of Regina. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have an average grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need.
