Scholarship Description:
The government of Indonesia is welcoming international students from around the world who wish to study here. International students, who successfully secure admission at any of the universities in Indonesia, will be eligible for the Indonesian government scholarship.
The scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship for international students who are enrolled or have recently accepted an offer of admission to study at a credible school in Indonesia. Over 23 universities in the country are participating in this scholarship and they will welcome qualified international students who are either applying for a Masters, or Doctoral Degree. Applicants will be applying from Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Oceania.
The funding is a way of helping students afford their tuition in Indonesia, while also using the opportunity to further promote the Indonesian educational system and improving the country’s economy.

Successful applicants will receive a financial benefit that covers:

Program Duration:
1 year Indonesian Language Course
Master’s Degree Scholarship Program—2 years + 1-year language course
Doctoral Scholarship Program—3 years + 1-year language course
Eligibility:
The scholarship is open to only
- All international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship
- Applicants must be both physically and mentally fit to undertake a course program in Indonesia
- A candidate should have at least a GPA of 3.35.in his bachelor’s and master’s degree programs while applying for master’s and doctoral degree programs.
- Applicants applying for a Master’s program must have completed a bachelor’s program and not exceed the age of 35.
- Applicants Must also demonstrate excellent academic performance and possess the ability to do a proper research
- Applicants must not be applying for a course lower than what they have already achieved.
- Applicants who do not have any other scholarship
Target Group: The scholarship is open to citizens of different countries around the world including developing countries;
Required Documents for Indonesian Government Scholarship:
- Applicants are to bring from the Indonesian Embassy in the home country, a Recommendation letter should be provided.
- From the respective government, an official Nomination letter will be provided.
- Academic recommendation letters (2)
- Scanned valid passport
- Scanned bachelor certificate
- Scanned academic transcripts
- Scanned TOEFL score certificate
- Scanned Official Medical Statement
