Scholarship Description:
International women from countries in the Global South are eligible to apply for the Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowship hosted by the International Peace Research Association Foundation. The fellowship provides eligible women with funds for tuition to allow them to pursue their dreams for higher education. The fellowship was established back in 1989 by Lawrence Senesh in memory of his wife, Dorothy Senesh who was a long-time activist for international peace and justice.

Scholarship Value: Successful applicants will receive a financial benefit amount of up to $5,000 per year for a duration of two years!
Eligibility:
The scholarship is open to only
- Women who are from countries in the Global South and have completed their undergraduate studies with a bachelor’s degree.
- Women who have secured admission for a Graduate program
- Women whose graduate programs and studies relating to the goals of the International Peace Research Association Foundation.
- Women who demonstrate financial need i.e. those who show they lack the funds to sponsor their studies for higher studies.

Application Deadline: The scholarship’s deadline is January 16 which occurs every year, so if you miss your chance to apply this year, try to apply next year earlier.
